voxel.support.tickets.posts.create

Create a new post for a support ticket.

Parameters

subject (required)
The subject of the ticket.
body (required)
The body of the ticket.
from (required)
Author's email address.
bcc (optional)
Blind carbon-copy.
recipient (optional)
Recipient's email.
ticket_id (required)
A number identifying a support ticket. See voxel.support.tickets.list.
post_type (optional)
The type of the post, can have one of the values among: staff_followup, staff_comment, client_response.
cc (optional)
Carbon-copy; similar to 'recipient'.
admin_id (required)
The ID for the admin user

Notes

Create a new post for a support ticket. The ticket_id, the subject, body and from (author's email address) fields of the post have to be provided. You need to have the authorization to create a post for the ticket.
